These breast pads are made of:1 outer layer of all natural flannel ( Soft against skin)2 inner layers of organic bamboo cotton and fleece( Known for it’s naturally antibacterial properties)1 layer of PUL ( Waterproof barrier that ensures no leakage)1 outer layer of stylish 100% cotton fabric **These pads are made for average leakage, which is good enough for most , but if you feel that you have a heavy let down, or leak a lot during the night, please inquire about thicker pads.**Breast pads must be changed frequently or when wet to prevent infection.
